Zitat aus Christian Theology II (SBTS)

Habe heute mit einer Studentin vom Boyce College geredet, die bei einem Lehrer Unterricht hat, den ich irgendwie gemieden habe, da er so irre viele Hausaufgaben gegeben hat. ;) Aber ein Zitat von ihm, welches er im Fach "Christian Theology II" sagte, hat mich dabei doch sehr beeindruckt:

"Theology is not the end but the means to it. Theology has to lead to doxology (worship) or you are wrong. If theology becomes the end it won't last and you will have less delight in Him and you will become dead." - Dr. Joslin (SBTS)

Sie sagte des Weiteren: "For each one of his students he wanted us to walk away on Friday with eyes more open to seeing the beauty and majesty of God and I did!"

Respekt. Vielleicht hätte ich doch mal ein Fach bei ihm belegen sollen!
